- • Government identity numbers and unnecessary identity documents
- • Bank, payment-card and unrelated financial information
- • Medical, diagnosis or access information unless specifically necessary and freely chosen
- • Third-party personal information without a lawful and appropriate basis
- • Unredacted customer, employer or production-system information
Expiry is an instruction, not remote deletion: An expiry instruction or withdrawal request cannot technically erase copies already downloaded, forwarded or lawfully retained. Share only the minimum necessary information and use an approved secure channel.
